Ordering:
At the time of booking an order for advertising, design, photography
or any other service as discussed. Subject to the type of service as
described above and/or photography, you may be asked for specific information
which will be treated as strictly private and confidential and will be held in accordance with the data
protection act and the law. If you
have any questions/comments about our privacy policy.
You
will be asked to completed a booking form and a deposit subject to the
type of service discussed, will be required. Final payment will
usually be on completion of contract or on the day for portfolio
photography.
Delivery:
Delivery for photographs will be made as discussed at the time of booking, or any
agreed time made during the course of the job. Otherwise, for delivery within the United Kingdom, you should allow 21
days. For
delivery outside the UK (the rest of the world), you should allow 28
days. Delivery will be to your door by secure parcel post.
Delivery
Charges: For delivery within the United Kingdom delivery is free. For
delivery outside the UK (the rest of the world), delivery is £10 (ten
UK pounds).
